Room Category and rates房型和房价Corporate rates are subject to adjustment during major public holidays.
价格将在主要公众假期有所调整。
l All above rates are inclusive of 10% surcharge（except extra bed）and daily buffet breakfast.
以上所有房价已含10%服务费和每日自助早餐(除加床为单早外，最多2份)。
Long Stay Rates长住房房价Should any individual(s) find it necessary to stay in the hotel for a consecutive period of 30 days or more, the Best Western Zhenjiang International Hotel will be pleased to offer a long-Stay* Rate for your company. We will be happy to provide you with more information.
任何个人如要在饭店连续住30天以上，最佳西方镇江国际饭店将提供给贵司长住房价。我们将会给您提供更多的信息。
Remarks备注:
All above rates are only applicable for annual 360－720 room night guarantee. The room nights production will be reviewed on quarterly basis. The Agreement will be automatically adjusted if the room nights production target does not fulfill the agreed annual agreement.

以上房价仅限年保证客房使用量在 360－720 间/夜以上时方可有效。客房使用量将每季度核对一次，如年度间夜数使用量未达到合同规定的目标时，协议房价将自动调整。
Payment 付款All other charges including Food & Beverage expenses, telephone charges, laundry, broadband, etc. will be settled by the guest upon departure, unless alternate arrangement has been confirmed with the hotel’s credit department.
如未与酒店有信贷协议，所有客人离店时必须一次性付清所有在酒店的消费，如房费，电话费、网费，餐饮费，洗衣费及其它相关费用。

Reservations and Cancellation Policy预订和取消政策A room reservation in written form is needed. The content includes the company name, guest name, arrival & departure date and time, sex, nationality, room style, room quantity and the mode of payment etc. Hotel will arrange your reservation preferentially.
订房须以书面形式提前预订，注明公司的全称及客人的抵离日期、时间、姓名、性别、国籍、入住房间规格及数量，并注明付款方式，最佳西方镇江国际饭店优先安排并给予协议优惠价格。
Any change or cancellation of the reservation must be made in written form in advance. Hotel will keep the reservation until 6:00PM except that you tell us beforehand.
变更或取消订房必须书面提前通知饭店，如无事先说明，饭店最晚保留到下午6时。
The Best Western Zhenjiang International Hotel reserves the right to adjust corporate rates depend on market situation without prior notice.
最佳西方镇江国际饭店为适应市场变化，保留调整协议价格的权利，而无须事先通知。
